Hello! I’m Lingyue Hao, a senior at the University of Washington studying Informatics (Data Science) and Economics. I’m passionate about using data science to create ethical, impactful solutions, particularly in AI-driven systems that emphasize fairness and inclusivity. Through internships at Datalynn and Google, I’ve worked on optimizing data pipelines, designing recommendation systems, and building classification models. These experiences deepened my technical skills and commitment to making technology more accessible and diverse.
Outside of work, I’m a photography enthusiast, often blending storytelling with technical skills to create and share visual narratives. I also enjoy flight simulation, connecting my love for aviation with my attention to detail. I’m active in sports like soccer, tennis, and snooker, which provide a great balance to my analytical work and inspire fresh approaches to problem-solving.
Looking forward, I aim to lead projects that integrate data science and strategic decision-making, creating scalable solutions for complex challenges. My goal is to advance ethical AI and foster inclusive innovation in tech. I’m excited about the journey ahead, combining my technical expertise and values to make a meaningful impact.
